Kind of a strange take. Rosters don't fill evenly. If someone fills their roster early, those remaining picks are useless. If that person had a nearly full roster and wanted a top 5 punter, it could make a lot of sense. If not, I'll just start each for 8 games, see who's best, and start that player in the playoffs.
