TitanSlim
RIP to a legend, on and off the court. It’s something sadly poetic about him dying the same time the PAC 12 officially died out.

He saw it through til the end and it somehow made sense that a world without the Pac 12 didn't make sense for Bill Walton.
11sanchez11
Incredible human. One of my favorite commentators. Unless UA was in a close game but that is just me being a silly person. RIP to a legend.

ramssuperbowl99
Role model level human being. Most transparent, actively grateful, selfless, happy, present man I've ever heard of. Of course he didn't tell anyone or make a parade about his cancer, he was just happy to be here. Damn this one sucks. A lot more jovial than Kareem but they were both great dudes from that era of basketball.

It's a different sport but as a commentator he reminded me more of Mike Leach. Kareem was more measured (lol not a high bar), and it makes sense when you consider how much social injustice he had to address. I don't mean it as a criticism of either. More that we're losing all the characters and that sucks.
beekay414
If we could all aspire to be even a fraction of the man that Bill Walton was, this world would be a magnificent place.
