SteelKing728
I'll never forget that one tackle he made in a complete blowout game. What an awful draft pick.
naptownskinsfan
Of all Georgia players from that great defense, I didn’t think Cine would bust this terribly. He was such a good player for us.
TheKillerNacho
So... what was the issue, exactly?
43M
Alot of Steelers fans wanted him over Kenny Pickett. Talk about a lose/lose situation.

Eagles $5$
This is all Howies plan… he told him to be terrible, so he can pick him up and complete the 2022 Georgia defense.
D82
Always felt he was a bit of a reach in the first round.

That was really bad. We should have just stayed and taken Jordan Davis or Kyle Hamilton.

He broke his leg 3 games into his rookie season. 3. Even when he came back, he looked completely cooked and was the 6th Safety on the depth chart. He managed to lose his job to Josh Metellus (who is awesome), Theo Jackson and Jay Ward.

So he’s never fully recovered from the leg injury? I’d say I can agree with the first point, but there is still some talent in the guy, but if the leg injury has played a part, that’s probably it.

Some guys just aren't that good.
vike daddy
@DWolfsonKSTP "Some people close to Lewis Cine are “incredibly happy with the Vikings front office, specifically GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah”. "Sounds like Kwesi made some phone calls to help Cine out after he was waived. “Now Lewis will end up with the Buffalo Bills, but that Kwesi was very helpful, that multiple people close to Lewis are very happy. Yes, it's disappointing, it didn't work out, but there are no hard feelings that I heard from a couple people saying, hey Kwesi was great during this process.”
y*so*blu
I remember that he was a great hitter in college, but nothing else about him stood out that much. Shame to see him bust this hard though.
