DLF54927
There's no reason Caldwell should still have a job on Tuesday. None.

diehardlionfan
I expect this loss sealed the fate of a few coaches, at seasons end.

Coaches need to feed the beast. Runs with violence and has great vision. Something we've lacked for a long time. A lot of rbs look good against that D.. No Lions RB has looked good against anyone with the exception of Green. Even against the Bengals it was a noteworthy performance.
Karnage84
While it's always frustrating being a Lions fan, this game was definitely one of the more frustrating ones as of late. Despite everything, a chance at the playoffs was very much a possibility. The Falcons lost and all we had to do was take care of our own business. We took a team that got rolled by Chicago and made them look above average. A RB that hasn't rushed for 100 yards in 3 years just toasted us. Outside of Tion Green, we couldn't run the ball. They know Abdullah isn't the guy and yet keep trying to get him involved. I think Ebron has earned himself another opportunity. Overall, the season has been a bit of a disappointment and this game had to put the nail in the coffin for Caldwell. Watching the press conference he seemed to know the writing was on the wall.
