While Bak made his dough he still had to go thru hell for a football player with multiple surgeries. I'd say he owes the Packers though and should work with them on void years and/or an extension that allows for a better cap situation. I don't think he should be refusing that stuff unless he wants out, and if he wants out he should be doing what he can to get the Packers to do him a solid on that front instead of forcing them financially into a position that hurts the team.
