I'm sick of playing UDFA's at CB if we get an injury or 2. Much rather have a guy like Rollins sitting there cheap for the 5th CB spot.

I think Rollins starts the year on PUP and might be done in GB

It will be about 10 months by the time TC opens. Achilles rupture is usually 6-9 month recovery.

I just see Achilles tendon rupture and recovery as about a 50% shot at returning to the athlete to prior level of athleticism. Given GB history with injuries and recovery, I feel they won't rush him back.

Concussion last year wiped out his whole season.
Shanedorf
No thx on the Seattle scraps McDowell may never play again, which is why he's available. It wasn't just a concussion, he suffered cranial/orbital fractures from the ATV accident and his family has requested the Seahawks say as little as possible about his condition. If there were any good news, they'd trumpet it instead of squashing it.

Knew he had some questions, but there was some very solid potential. It is hard with these MOCKS as fans are often willing to trade players they did not like when the player was drafted. There are way more trades (by exponential amounts) vs real life NFL.
Packerraymond
No thanks on McDowell. He didn't get a concussion playing football, he got it crashing an ATV after signing a contract. Then he got arrested outside of ATL during the season. This is all after he was a top 5 talent that fell due to character concerns ala Foster of SF. Reed I would happily trade Cobb and a late round pick for, same with Nazair Jones. I'm not giving up a 4th or higher though for a 3rd DL. We can add Dial back or another cheap vet or a DP there. squire12
GB landed the following in round 2 of UFA ASJ 3 years $11.8M with $6M SB --- 2018 cap hit = $2.8M Morris Claiborne 5 year $27M with $10M SB---- 2018 cap hit= $2.8M Jahri Evans (re-sign) 1 year $2.2M Missed on Peppers, CAR resigned him, missed by 80K....which is likely the 6% boost that the original team gets for re-signing their own players. Lost Janis to LAC ( @ChaRisMa ) GB offered a 2 year deal, LAC went 4 years.
