They're already limited financially (~$21M in cap space) so they'd probably be adverse to spending big money on a corner coming off a torn Achilles. The Packers have the need, but I think they're more likely to splurge on someone like Trumaine Johnson or even into that second tier like Morris Claiborne or E.J. Gaines. A lot of those teams are on the up. San Fran immediately improved with Jimmy G, Think the Titans can contend for the AFC South, Texans too with a healthy Deshaun and Watt. Lions and Raiders have good QB's who can always challenge. Never count out the Pack with A-Rod under centre and Tampa Bay should improve from last season. Doesn't always lead to success though. Yeah New England's status as perennial SB challengers will always attract players. He has plenty of business interests and silicon valley connections and he went to Stanford, etc. etc. It just makes too much sense not to happen if he's healthy.
