He should probably hold out for about 60 million per year.

Yeah, he should wait on Dak and Tua to get their situations resolved.  😂

Love came on strong the last 8 games of the year.

Paying him big bucks for such a small sample size is pretty risky.

Green Bay has a young team too. Once their contracts come up, it'll be interesting to see what they do, considering they hardly ever sign FAs or make big trades.

Packers defensive tackle Kenny Clark has played his entire career in Green Bay, and he doesn’t want to go anywhere else. Clark, who is heading into the final year of his contract, told reporters today that his camp and the Packers are talking about an extension.

Clark is the Packers’ highest-paid player and has their biggest cap hit at $27.49 million this season. A 2016 first-round draft pick, Clark has started all 17 games each of the last two years and made the Pro Bowl last season.

And for six years. He's young, right?

Pay da man!

95% of Packers fans will be ecstatic if he signs for 6 years. Means whatever appalling APY number that gets reported will be a discount for most of his contract. Give him the same contract Mahomes got. 10 yr 500m w/300m guaranteed and bonuses that add up to 550m

The Packers have their first-round pick under contract. According to multiple reports, they have signed tackle Jordan Morgan. Morgan, who was the 25th overall pick, signed a four-year deal and the Packers have an option for a fifth season.

Morgan was a three-year starter at left tackle for Arizona, but the Packers haven’t decided where they will line him up at this point. Offensive line coach Adam Stenavich said that Morgan could wind up at either guard or tackle to kick off his time in Green Bay.

Morgan was the final member of the draft class without a contract, so they have all their picks wrapped up ahead of training camp.

The Green Bay Packers are taking lessons they learned from their previous contract negotiations with Aaron Rodgers and applying them to their talks with Jordan Love.

On the Saturday morning edition of SportsCenter, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler explained the Packers want a "cleaner situation" with Love as they continue to negotiate a new deal:

Fowler: "The market is what it is, that big number, he's probably going to have to be in that class. GM Brian Gutekunst wants to get something done before training camp. Probably a little bit of pressure on him after the way Aaron Rodgers' situation went years ago. They want a cleaner situation for his contract."

Better give him $75MM a year, just to make sure it’s cleaner.

Not only do the Packers not know who their kicker will be in 2024, they haven’t even narrowed it down to their Top 2.

Green Bay is in a rare situation of having three kickers on its roster, with Anders Carlson, Greg Joseph and Jack Podlesny all competing for the job. Packers coach Matt LaFleur said there’s still a ways to go before Green Bay knows which kicker it will go into the season with.

“I think that’s to be determined, quite honestly,” LaFleur said, via ESPN. “We’ll see how it all plays out, and ultimately that’s going to be [GM Brian Gutekunst’s] decision. But that’s something that we’ve certainly talked about.”

Carlson is the incumbent and would seem to be the favorite, although he struggled down the stretch and in the playoffs after a good start as a rookie last season. LaFleur indicated the Packers like what they’ve seen of Carlson in the offseason.
