At the same time, the Steelers know how to coach linebackers and find guys who work in their system. Having a Roethlisberger insurance plan would make a lot of sense, especially since Pittsburgh doesn't expect to find itself in position to take a QB for a couple of years. Gruden and Callahan have had success with running backs before, they just need to have talent at the position in order to have a successful running game. The ILBs sucked after Shazier went down, their is not fixing the fact that they have no talent at ILB. The poor play of their ILBs was the biggest reason they lost in the playoffs.
