Looks awesome!!  The M:I series has been absolutely dominating the spy action/adventure genre.  Bond continues to flounder and the last Bourne movie was a massive disappointment.

How is it dominating?

Exactly as I proceeded to explain. In quality.  They’ve been consistent film to film whereas Bond has been a train wreck since Casino and Bourne fell off a cliff with the last one (altho I loved Legacy before that).

Gotta agree with this.  The Mission Impossible franchise has had one SEMI miss, and that was MI2.  It was still a good movie, they just picked a director who wanted to do too much of his own thing.  Every single Mission Impossible movie is enjoyable, and the best thing about it is how strong its continuity has been.

Meh, I thought the last 2 MI were extremely forgettable. That franchise should be doing much better than about $200M.

And while I agree with you on Bond, Skyfall still did fantastic at the box office.

Seeing Henry Cavill's screen presence in this trailer in just his brief moments reminds me of just how badly they messed up the scripts for Superman in the DCEU.  He was a great casting decision for that role and he has been so under-utilized.  He looks like he is going to be a great menace in Fallout.

I have no problem with actors using HGH, it's not like it's a physical competitive field.

I just saw it last night, holy sh!t. Just when I thought the last movie (Rogue Nation) couldn't be topped, this movie far and away exceeds all previous films in every category. The action scenes are absolutely amazing, moreso than RN, the stunts in this movie left me on the edge of my seat from start til finish. Tom Cruise delivered killer performances, as usual. Say what you will about his outspoken Scientology beliefs, he's great in these movies (hell, dare I say, great in general), and this was no exception. They even gave Ethan more character development this time around. I know I was pulling for:

An Ethan x Ilsa romance at the end. Sadly, we only got mere teasing, but I'm sure they'll go all out in the next movie, the stage is pretty much set for a relationship.

It’s really good. Probably my favorite of the series.

Agreed. This has to be one of the best action movies of all time. Very well shot, excellent choreography, music was appropriate (and when it was completely off during some chase scenes was excellent) and the acting was good. Plot also made sense. All around I really enjoyed it, and highly recommend it.
