Basically you have a roster composed of NFL players at every position aside from ST. Like IRL, you can draft people, sign FAs, waivers etc. and you have to manage your cap. Then, from September to December, you have a regular season of 14 weeks and 3 weeks of playoffs. Each week owners will face other owners and need to build a starting lineup, bench and gameplan. And then people vote for who would win if that game was played on the field. Did I synthesize that well? FYI, you can find the unowned roster here. And you can look here at this year Bizz Bowl (our equivalent to the Superbowl) to see how games are played.
