Just look at the excitement around RG3 in 2012 vs what most fans think of the team now. Winning cures all. Only if they sustain winning. The ship of the franchise is slow to turn (both away from the team (the first decade under Snyder) and back (now)). Yes, RG3 helped a bit, but that didn't change the overall trajectory. Yeah definitely, that's what I mean, sustained winning.

You won’t hear him until this team pulls a win out of there a$$. At least come out and say there was a situation with Trent and we’re trying to rectify it, but we get nothing. They'll find some way to reanimate him and keep rolling him out when Snyder or Bruce need a bag man.
MKnight82
So Bruce Allen's total record as a GM is 97-126-1 and he's made the playoffs 4 times in 14 years as a GM across the Redskins and Bucs. His total record during his time with the Redskins is 59-84-1. He's been the GM of the Redskins during the following: - The Redskins being punished for violating the salary cap for dumping salary in an uncapped year. - Making arguably the worst trade in NFL history by trading 3 firsts and a 2nd for a QB that wasn't on the roster a few seasons later. - Falling backwards into another starting QB, but failing to either extend that QB to a reasonable contract or trade him for some kind of value. - Presiding over an organization that invited high end season ticket holders to a nude cheerleader photoshoot on the beach. - Fracturing the relationship with the organization's best player (TWill) for refusing to replace an inept medical staff. If I was the owner of the organization and had a GM that did a single one of these items I would fire them. The fact that Bruce has done all of them and still remains is shocking, embarrassing, and disheartening.
Woz
You forgot about trading for and immediately extending Alex Smith sight unseen without telling anyone else in the organization, @MKnight82.
