But basically by default. Now that the rest of the division is playing good ball, we'll finished 3rd

Not actually, we were playing good football too. We did beat the Packers, Panthers and Cowboys in the first half of the season before our OL was decimated by injuries and we lost our best WR this year and our starting QB broke his leg in two.

What happens if Gruden finally gets to draft his own QB?

Lets not forget that Gruden inherited RG3, Cousins and Colt was never supposed to be the answer. He was told by Bruce Allen that he was going to trade for Alex Smith.

Shouldn't Gruden get a chance to draft and develop his own guy?

No, he shouldn't.

To find a positive in this... maybe manunsky will finally get fired. How many times are we going to take the lead in a game, just to watch the other team go 80 yards for a TD or change field position and watch it happen? He makes no adjustments. And puts his best pass rushers and worse cover guys in coverage on a consistent basis.

We kept Haslett for like 5 years.
