Yes, the owners should keep track of their bids and their money. There is already a rule in place (that was enforced) that makes anything over the cap invalid unless they rectify it. We don't need someone to track every person's bid but feel free to call out (as was done with KJ) if an owner has crossed their cap number. Docking picks because you go over is a pretty severe penalty for something that at the end of the day could have been a simple mistake. You’ll have a vote on the matter. Use it.
