Good point, he was an OC 5 times and his offensive rankings were bad, granted I don't know who his QBs were those years and it doesn't paint the whole picture, but I've had a very tough time finding people who have said good things about him. Honestly, I think Jeremy Bates keeping the position wouldn't be a bad thing. He wasn't a great play caller but I think he's a good QB coach and understand football pretty well.
