And yes I rarely visit NFL Gen or that thread you posted it in. Don’t care.

meh, no biggie. I was just a little surprised because I saw like 4-5 people post in on various reddits, then I came here and you had it posted.Β

I was like "WTF, this is 2 days old... why are so many people posting it right now?!?!"

Β

I guess it just got resparked on twitter and passed around. It happens.

Your team took a second rounder over someone itΒ graded asΒ a first rounder. Drafted poorly by their own standards lol.

Thats not exactly how our draft board works, it has a third color coded component.Β

The easiest example I could give is last year, Trevor could have been coded 1.1.Red

Which means round 1

Pick 1

Red = Not going to draft him no matter what.

----------------------------------------

As for this draft, Tyler SmithΒ was likely 2.16.GreenΒ

Round 2

16th best player (we only had 14 people with a 1st round grade)

Green = Perfect scheme fit/talent/off field/position of need

Β

Allegedly we had 45 people with second round grades this year. Including both our actual 2nd and our 3rd.

Well you posted that yesterday probably cause you follow Cowboys reporters/blogs and saw it from wherever posted it first. I saw it reposted by one of the general big NFLΒ media guys who posted it this morning. I’m sure that’s why it got more traction today.

Even worse is Ryan Jensen a… 33??

Jason Kelce, 1st team All-Pro last year, future hall of famer..... 12th best Center in the league???

Sorry but that's pretty damning for this list IMO (Even though it has the eagles in 1st LOL)
