Bastion works well in your tier, but people learn how to deal with it when you get higher up. Bastion likes to have a shield. Bastion doesn't like explosives. Junkrat, Pharah, Soldier's Helix Rocket or Snipers. Hanzo/Widow. Also be weary of a Roadhog hooking you out of position. The best thing you can do as Bastion is to mow down enemy shields/tanks and open up room for the rest of your teammates to make headway.
