E.g., if you have a roleblock, you're going to roleblock before that person uses their move; if you have a protect, you're going to protect before that person is killed. Typical logic applies. Some games put scum or town moves as priority. Some games have a "race" where the order of receiving the action matters. I doubt that's at play on this forum, though. I thought that quote was interesting too, if only because he tagged people that had made votes as opposed to the ones who hadn't. He could have just as easily tagged the 4 who didn't vote at that point and had them vote dome which would have sealed dome's fate.
