Carmona is not either of those guys. He's 6'0", has some muscle to him, and is still twitchy. Turang is more like Escobar or Arcia as a prospect honestly. There was a line between Stearns morgating the farm and going all in vs standing pat and I think a guy like Carmona who has a high ceiling but a ways away is the acceptable guy to part with.
