Do only passing TDs count?

PS: 1.6 TDs/game x 16 games is 26 TDs. Which is actually still pretty decent. So your whole argument is once again trash.

Daks a good running qb, not great

daks an average passer, which is the point of my post

go ahead and try to inflate it, it is what it is

From what takes the least into account to what takes the most into account:

Passer Rating= completion %, Y/A, TD% and INT%

ANY/A= similar to passer rating but weighed differently + sacks and yards lost on sacks are added to the equation

DVOA= the outcome of every play is compared to the league average in that same situation, every box score factor possible is utilized. For QBs, DVOA does not include running, unlike QBR.

QBR= similar to DVOA, but with a touch of subjectivity that goes beyond box score (drops, bad plays that weren't fault of QB, etc.), and a clutch factor (more weight towards plays in situations deemed clutch)

PFF= every play is looked at and given a grade, the final grade is the cumulative score of every play normalized to a 0-100 scale

Dak is the 7th best QB in the NFL. Average is 16. So please try to learn math (specifically how to divide by 2) when you make comments like "average" in the future.

16 tds in 12 games against teams not the giants or redskins

a few of those in Garbage time

he is what he is, a consistently inconsistent passer

hes not going to win the game when the run is shut down

not many qbs in the league can, we had one that could,
‘sign him to a multi year deal, and repeat the outcome over and over again

‘and then there’s the 5 game span that rivaled Quincy Carter’s worst 5 games

yes, the same guy

So Dak is basically Kirk Cousins?, Because Cousins is #8 based on your fancy stats

and Derek Carr is #9......

and Rodgers is #12

Your stats are garbage

So the combined opinion of:

The NFL

ESPN

PFF

Football Outsiders

ANY/A (best QB stat)

Is "Garbage"... But your opinion should mean jacksheet? Really? Are you that arrogant and ignorant?

Dak can't win when he doesn't have all his receivers (It took Cooper to "fix" Dak)

Dak can't win when the run is shut down

Dak can't overcome a bad defense (or one outside the top 10)

Dak can't overcome poor coaching (Can't see the bad playcall and doesn't audible out of it)

Not as much as you are Matts.... You just sit and cherry pick whatever stats you like that fits your argument. Disingenuous at best

Just keep your Dak excuse Rolodex up to date, you'll need lots of them every year when he starts getting paid 35+ and his supporting cast starts disappearing around him

combined - do you know the definition? As in, all 5 of the companies. Their opinions. altogether.

And an Eagles fan made the list.

Dont need excuses for Dak. His play speaks volumes. He is the 7th best QB in 2019.

They are the averages of collections of "Fancy Stats", which are GARBAGE

How'd being 7th best work out for him? Given the talent he had around him, The team being relatively free of any injuries , and what your fancy stats would call a "Top 10 defense"?

8-8, out of the playoffs

5 wins in their last 12 games

Lost the "win and your in" game

Sure sounds pretty "elite"

Actually the fancy stats call our defense between 18-24th ranked.

Yeah, but you can prove water isn't wet with analytics.
