Humble_Beast
Need a safety and CB....maybe a vet WR, then wait for second wave of free agency.

It's super super steep. You're giving up a ton of valuable draft capital AND you need to extend slay at top of market prices when he's 29. Slay is good, but nowhere near that valuable. If you want a vet corner, go for Robey Coleman or CHJ. Ascending teams that aren't SB contenders don't break the bank in that manner.

RaidersAreOne
Would have loved this deal. You'd think PG would want him too.

I think the Raiders have a plan at CB. It's CHJ or Robey-Coleman.
raidr4life
@MrOaktown_56 The high 2nd round pick far outweighs the two 3rd's.

Perhaps but those 1sts are going to be really valuable. What's more, I don't want to trade for a 29 year old corner, even if he's really good. Like I said we'll have to give him big boy $$$. I think we should keep signing good but not great players and filling needs. Those kind of splurges are for teams right on the cusp. Slay is great no doubt, but not under this context. Would you just do the two 3rd's if there was an opportunity?
