It's wild to think that 2019 Dwight Howard has been an outstanding addition to the Lakers.

Amazing to think what he could have been had he bought into what the Lakers wanted him to be.  Could have been special.

"posters" lol you mean the entire nba world? the wolf pit doesn't carry that much weight, dog. the entire nba world preferred a celtics package.

No.  Tatum was the best singular piece, but the rest of the pieces were somewhere between meh to above-average.  Jaylen Brown was coming off a year in which he posted nearly identical numbers, Marcus "I shoot way too much" Smart, and whatever picks that could be scrounged around.  Tatum was the only major piece the C's had to offer, and apparently they weren't even fully willing to commit to putting him on the table.

He's still an easy first ballot HoF. Didn't expect this type of post-prime defensive resurgence though.

Utah has been solid this season, especially defensively, but we have to figure it out on offense. Mitchell appears like he has taken the next step (26/5/3 on 52/44/78) and Bogie has been good. But man Mike Conley has been a disappearing act when we've needed him to play well.

Everyone without bias saw what Brown and Tatum both COULD be though, and thats what made the Celtics package enticing. Marcus Smart is an incredibly valuable player on a very good contract, but yeah it seems like the Celtics weren't willing to pay even close to what the Lakers would.

It's still early but Luka has led the #1 offense in the NBA thus far by ORTG. At age 20. He's a basketball savant.

Bulk stats: 9th in PPG, 14th in RPG, 3rd in APG

Advanced stats: 10th in PER, 10th in Win Shares, 5th in BPM, 4th in VORP

I can't wait until some of the RPM numbers get released.

there are significantly better when he is off the court tho

111 on

120 off

tho 111 would still be like 3rd or 4th in the league rn lol
