Buckrock101
think Pettis had his ribs messed up from the body triangle. Then when Dustin moved into mount and put pressure on it, he was done. Weird ending, but I think a deserved victory for Poirier. I hope he does fight the winner of Gaethje-Alvarez, either fight there will be a guaranteed fotn. beekay414
Poirier deserves a top fight regardless of whether or not Pettis tapped due to injury.
Buckrock101
Poirer-Alvarez was unfinished business anyway. if Eddie is able to beat Gaethje and they fight the rematch as a title eliminator, it adds yet another level. I can't even comprehend how hype that fight would be
Slinky
Pettis has lost his magic. Definitely not the same fighter anymore.

Although if not for all the blood he very well could have won via triangle choke Also Poirier said he beat 2 world champs? Who else did he beat? And he was looking into how he could further discipline Conor.
