Week 9: Vikings at Arrowhead GDT

Vikings were 6-2.

Cousins tied for league lead in completion %, held him to 50%.

Dalvin Cook led the league in rushing, held him to 71 yards at 3.4 yards per carry.

Diggs was 4th in the NFL in receiving, held him to 1 catch for 4 yards.

Defense got two 3 and outs in the 4th quarter, 4 in the whole game.

Got some problems to sort out still. RBs in coverage remain a problem. Was an issue last year split out wide, they adjusted and had Ward/Breeland cover them when split out. But still an issue on screens and block and release plays. But I think we have a defense, guys.

Really? All on defense. I assumed one would go to Hill for being the best WR in the NFL, again. Watching the Demien Williams 91 yard TD burst and seeing how fast Hill was gaining ground on him. OMG. Moore--275 yds, 1 TD, 0 Int--is another one that comes to mind. He's the definition of a game manager under center, but that's important.

Pennel was a good get. I thought he would be because of his role in a very good Jets DL. He has never been a true starter, but excellent depth where a team needs good depth.

This a good gut check game and an outstanding win. Nice going guys.

Edit: Almost forgot the Butt Kicker. 54 yard attempts go come any higher pressure.
