BayRaider
No he’s not. The Tampa Bay Vipers are looking for a QB.

Could have a bit of a career resurgence on the right team with the right coach. Agreed. Will definitely get another shot somewhere. Maybe won't sign as a starter, but someone with quarterback questions will grab him and eventually he'll take over just to see what he can offer.
-Hope-
the problem here is that i'm pretty confident that despite what he says, his ulnar nerve injury from last year is still lingering. his velocity and accuracy since then haven't been close to what they were. if that doesn't clear up it's going to really limit his ability to turn his career around.
Split the Sticks
The big question is, is he coachable? I think some of his problems are not because of lack of talent. It may be that good coaching can get him unleashed. I think @Counselor said it, Denver is a good landing spot for him., IMO Edited November 26, 2019 by Split the Sticks to add

Yeah, it was nice hearing through the grapevine that he played while his throwing hand was still tingling. smh....
Fresh Prince
Could be a nice backup in NE
Soko
I think he lives on as a high end backup/stopgap starter, unless he gets with one of the elite coaches and has an Alex Smith-type turnaround. I’m not sure he has the skills that Smith displayed later in his career, but anything could happen I guess.
