McCourty is poised for a fall's but Berry hasbt played in over a year and is..on the rise?

Didnt say that. He has less tread, was better in his prime, and cost less. I also mentioned my bet is hedged since Harmon is still on the roster. He is a serviceable starter

How big do teams typically get after the draft and FA clean up?

Some teams stay right around 55-60 players after the draft and FA.   Some will add FA and draft picks, UDFA to a full 90 players.   Lots depends on how much cap space teams have and hoe invested the GM is.

Pretty wide variance

come trade with me

D Kilgore - C - 6th Round pick - Team Captain

A Hurns - WR - 6th Round pick - Steady hands

J Grant WR/KR - 5th round pick - Lightning quick

X Howard - CB - 2nd round or equivalent value. Better than all remaining free agents.

C Tankersley or about 4 million other young corners - low picks

J Davenport/D Isidora -OL - low picks

E Rowe - S -5th round

B McCain - S/CB - 5th round

Personally, I think that, that point just proves it further. The health of a running back isn't sustainable. There's far more running backs with short 2-3 year peaks than there are running backs with 5 years of sustained success. Of course there will be the Christian McCaffery or Ezekiel Elliot who are able to sustain that 5 years of success, but I just don't think its responsible for a GM to pay that type of player when the top 10 rushers in the league are so volatile year by year.

That's true for a lot of positions. Gurley, however, is 25 years old. His issues are not typical. It's luck of the draw. I could give you a laundry list of players whose careers were ended prematurely or forever altered by unforeseen injuries (or a single injury). Just to name a few: Andrew Luck, Carl Nicks, LeCharles Bentley, Luke Kuechly, Zach Orr, Shawne Merriman, Kam Chancellor, Patrick Willis . . . there's a reason they say NFL stands for not for long. And that's not even naming guys whose careers were beset by personal problems. There's a risk in every big contract that it will go bad because of injuries or personal demons. It's just the nature of the beast. The key with HBs is to pay them early. It's not to refuse to pay them. That all said, I wouldn't pay Kenyan Drake either. He's not a great player.

I thought you needed to finish with at least 75

I’m actually most curious where your offseason goes from here out of every team. I’m assuming after signing Teddy that you are going to use pick 3 on Chase Young but I’m curious how you’re going to fill out that defense. Losing Hightower, Collins, Van Noy, Gilmore, McCourty, Guy, and Simon is a lot of talent to replace.

They also lost Danny Shelton.
