I can guarantee you teams care about intelligence, work ethic, and good character. Of course talent trumps all. But, it's a nice plus side to have those qualities as well. And personally I value good character. It's great for the locker room and team chemistry.

You're missing the point. I'm not saying teams all together don't care about intelligence, as obviously it's a plus quality in the right setting. As I said above, it's never going to be at the top of the list for teams that trumps other traits, or something that a team is going to pound the table for at the RB position...

And intelligence doesn't automatically translate to good character. Just because you're smart doesn't mean your a quality teammate or leader...

Grrr..

Well it sounds like picks will  be flying all over the place. If OJ plus 14 could lock up Wils I would do it

I just wonder how many of the big 4, the Bucs believe can play LT.  I believe the rumors they were trying to get Trent Williams.  No team is trading Williams and sticking him at RT.

I doubt they think all 4 can play LT.

You're overreacting to a very small detail that is a positive trait in a draft prospect. Jesus.

Whoa, the last time a team had 2 picks in the top 5 was the Redskins.  They drafted Chris Samuel and Lavar Arrington.

I mean. If anybody could make the move from the teens into the top five without completely crippling themselves, it's the Dolphins.

18, 26, 56, and a future second might be enough. Points wise that's about 2,200, which would be the third pick.

And they'd still have 5 and 39 this year, and still have two firsts next year.
