kurgan Posted April 9, 2020 Share Posted April 9, 2020 I prefer 42 over 40 since we have 2 projects at that position already, and 42 is more plug and play on day 1. He is not flashy at all and is a lot like the guy there that we had to cut. 40 is elite in one area and will have an uphill climb, for sure.
