I wouldn't mind 40, and will agree his upside is way higher. 67 is a sneaky good fit, and I would put him 3rd, in case the Colts and 49'ers take 42 and 40. Jennings was a right now pick, where as HIghsmith is a project like Ola and Tuzar, but 3 bites at the apple will work for me. He is an elite pass rusher and ST weapon on day one.
