Congrats the Lightning for moving on. Devils had a much better season than I could have hoped for, but still a lot of work to do. When Tampa Bay wanted to, they just shut us down.

Now it's time to sit back, root for Vegas, watch Hall win the Hart, and then see us make at least one good trade to help the team and get a couple of new defensemen in here.

Gudas trying to throw away this game.  Couturier has been incredible.

TONS of credit to that guy. Much respect for playing like he did on one leg. He was a warrior.

Extremely impressed with the Avs in this series.  Going up against the President's Trophy winners and they have hardly looked out of their depth.  Huge game from Hammond in net and heck of a late comeback.  I think their fanbase has a lot to look forward to.

Avalanche had a great series. Sucks they were down to the Hamburgular, but the speed they have gave Nashville fits. Would've been interesting to see the Avs with Johnson and Varlamov healthy what they could've done. Avalanche are in a great position going forward as a franchise. Have a solid core and some draft capital from the Duchene trade. If they can get consistent goaltending and the young players continue to improve, no reason to believe they won't be contending for a cup within the next couple of years.

As for Nashville, they finally came to play in games 5 and 6 it seemed like. They had a terrible 5 minutes to end game 5, but game 6 they looked like themselves. Whether or not they can carry that momentum on against Winnipeg will be interesting to watch.

Glad this series is going 7.  Two really good teams that are closely matched.  Toronto earned it.  They did a good job protecting their lead in the third by keeping Boston to the outside and Andersen was huge on the Boston PP late in the third.  Rask also made big stops himself to keep Boston in range.

Would be nice if there is a Game 7 in Washington too, but Columbus needs to score twice in 5 minutes.  Not looking likely.

Rask has been so damn up and down the past 2 games. After he steals game 4, he let some real awful goals by him.

The eventual game winning goal at the end of the 2nd was an awful awful shot to let in.

Anderson has been the best player of the series overall. After a couple bad games he's been on absolute fire, and honestly is deep in the Bs head. They are hesitating to shoot and missing the net because they're trying to snipe it instead of just getting a puck on net.

Thankfully the Bruins are back home and hopefully Anderson can become human again.

Haha for real though he has been the Leafs MVP all season long. He is an elite goalie IMO (or at least extremely close). He has a swiss cheese defense in front of him and look at his numbers.

Yea the guy has been infuriating to watch the past 4 games but damn is it impossible to not appreciate the saves hes been able to make at the most important times.

Andersen stepped up these last couple games for sure.

The kids also stepped up. I was ready to write Nylander off but he had a pretty solid game.

I think most people believed that a long series would be in Toronto's favor. They're built for speed. Might be trouble early in a series with a more physical team like Boston but the Leafs can skate teams off the ice. And in the last 3 games, Toronto really has been starting to show their speed.

The entire 3rd period tonight seemed like the Bruins chasing the Leafs. And the Leafs defense stepped up.

Game 7 is a toss up as they always are. Just incredibly proud of the Leafs for battling back. Good for the young guys to feel what it's like to get bullied early on and then learn how to respond.
