They have just been a little undisciplined and have overreacted to some drives by the Rockets. The Rockets are doing a good job at attacking with AD being unable to help with Tucker at the corner. Again, early on the Rockets are always hard to stop. Takes teams a few games to understand their tendencies and get a feel of how to defend them.
