When they played the Bengals on TNF it was awful, & I didn't want them anywhere near primetime. But, they've found their grove since then, so this matchup has potential. Cam Erving is starting at OG.... Alex has a pretty good career for staying healthy. He should be fine. Also, I used to hate Smith when he was our QB, I think he's doing fantastic this year.
