I’m in the middle of doing this alongside my mid season perfect mock draft that will be endlessly criticized

We are definitely keeping Eric Kendricks.

If Watson gets 3 downed, which is a big if, I imagine it'll be a deadline 3 down. Wait as long as possible to see what happens with him before making a decision. I do think in the end, MD4L will probably keep him unless the cases get resolved massively against Watson's favor.

Why in the world would I 3 Down Kevin Byard? He's likely making All-Pro again and I'm not getting him back for less.

Thought about Preston but he'll likely be back. If I do 3 Down him, a lot of other dominoes would have t o fall into place. He's too valuable as depth even at that price.

Ruggs makes sense clearly. Or I can wait until October whatever and he comes off the books for free. That doesn’t do me much good with this cap crunch though in FA and Shark Tank but maybe helps open some cap before the trade deadline. 

Okwara will get consideration due to the ACL injury.

Havenstein I like and he will not be 3 downed.

Leonard will be kept. While expensive I like his fit next to Vita.

I wasn't that confident you would tbh. I mainly looked at it from a cap perspective.  I don't think your roster has a lot of candidates.

I agree. Watson I was really on the fence about. It's definitely a situational decision no doubt.
