You argued with me that he belonged at SF (where the Magic played him to begin last season), when I said he was clearly a bigger mismatch at PF. When it was obvious he was playing out of position at SF, you then said he just sucked instead of admitting I was right. And no, the positions aren’t the same.

He was being guarded by Rondae, who is also a SF that moved to PF. He didn't score any points from rolling on a PnR. Tell me how playing PF helped him so far.

There is a bunch of players who moved from SF to PF and still aren't good (Jeff Green, Rudy Gay, Bender, Rondae, etc.). The most important thing is that you are good at basketball. He just got better, its not that hard of a concept. If he was the same player last year and was playing PF he still wouldn't be any good.

wtf

Lol, no. I don't know what kind of PR spin that is, but just no.

He'll be fine. Doesn't sound like anything super serious or long term, but you know Philly is going to be ultra cautious with the guy, just like they were with every other star rookie they've had.

Ummm...he completely changed his shooting mechanics and they have shown horrible results.  That's a very serious long-term issue.

Philadelphia, shockingly, is also not being ultra cautious.

I was talking about the injury, not his shooting. His shooting may or may not improve, but I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

They've been playing him on average 19 minutes a night off the bench, and now he is set to miss the next 3 games be fore being re-evaluated.If they weren't being cautious, they'd have thrown him into the starting lineup and played him 30+ minutes a night. Not sure what argument you're trying to make?

Brooklyn pick and love

As much as I love this, Demps has tied his anchor to this sinking ship.

Only way Boogie gets traded at the deadline is if:

A) Demps gets fired and whoever the new GM is makes a move for the future

or

B) The Pelicans are so far out of the playoff race that ownership pushes Demps to make a move

What are the chances of this going down? (PROPOSED TRADE)

Cleveland Receives:

Cousins
Asik
Solomon Hill
Future 2nd Round Pick

New Orleans Receives:

Love
Shumpert
Frye
Nets Pick

Depends on how the Nets are doing and what we could flip Love for. But yea only would even be considered if Demps and Gentry are canned

Pelicans would be incredibly stupid to do that trade.
