I went with Tutu, but understand going either Saftey prospect.

Tutu is my pound the table guy for in 3rd round or later, think he will/can be a Elite Slot guy in the NFL despite his size.

The way he runs looks so effortless that once he refines he WR skills he could be near impossible to cover. He won a state championship in Florida playing QB at his size to show you how competitive he is too.

If he was a good 175-180 Id been on this pick. His pro day I think it was showed 155. That concerns me over his own well being. Play Dallas with LVE and Jaylon wrecking him across the middle? And not just his safety. Can he hold onto the ball in those collisions or keep it from being pried from him when everyone is way bigger and more powerful?

I'm not going to say the size doesn't bother me at all its why he would be on the board late in 3rd/4th,but in todays NFL where they do everything they can to protect players I'm way less worried then I woulda been 10 years ago.

ACC isn't a small confrence and in his 2nd season ever as a WR he lead the league in yards and scored 11 TDs then followed it up as a JR scoring 7 tds in a 9 game season.

Think one thing I've learned to really value in scouting College WR is abiltiy to get seperation,Josh Doctson would be a prime example of this of seeing a guy make highlight catch after highlight catch and thinking there hands are too good to fail but if they don't get away from college CBs on route 9 times out of 10 they are not going to in the NFL either.

Tough call between Newman and smith.  Assuming my research shows some kind of reasonable explanation for Newman not playing this year and not electing to stay in school next year, I take a flyer on Newman as a project.  At this spot, I have no qualms if he doesn't work out.

Thanks to @lavar703 bringing up Khalil Herbert, I have locked on him in the 4th TBH if we haven’t taken a RB yet. The only way I wouldn’t take Herbert is if a LB was still available like Werner, Browning, Moses, McGrone or Surratt are still available bc I think these guys are great prospects and LB is still one of our the biggest needs. Yes, we could use an upgrade/depth as a #3 RB over Barber or Miller just like we could use other upgrades in depth but, if one of these LBs is there and we haven’t addressed it, we should go LB.

Thats my choice. Thanks Lavar!

149 pounds at the medical combine a couple days ago. 149 pounds. He’s got a lot of game and some heart, but like you’re saying — how do you possibly hold up at that minuscule size in the NFL?

In the last 25 years, the most catches by a guy listed at less than 160 pounds is 11. By our own Brandon Banks. He’s the leader in that department. Journeyman return specialist JoJo Natson is the only other sub-160 pound player to catch a pass in the last 25 years (he caught two as a rookie with the Jets).

I will be rooting for him wherever he goes — I love me a quick, speedy little man slot WR with the ability to return kicks and make guys miss. But at some point, there has to be such a thing as just too small. Maybe he isn’t it. But it sure feels like he’s gotta be awfully close.
