Starting left tackle D.J. Humphries is feared to have a torn ACL. Starting safety Tyvon Branch also left with a knee injury in the first quarter and didn’t return. Tight end Ifeanyi Momah suffered a cracked ankle in the second half.

The Cardinals lost on Thursday night, but it wasn’t for a lack of effort from wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

Fitzgerald’s catch pushed him over 15,000 receiving yards for his career, making him the sixth player to ever reach that milestone.

Fitzgerald now has 15,066 receiving yards, leaving him 61 behind Tony Gonzalez, 142 behind Isaac Bruce and 226 behind Randy Moss.

Jerry Jones apparently has opened yet another new front in his assault on Commissioner Roger Goodell’s contract. Next step: Leak to the media what Goodell is looking for. ESPN reports that Goodell has requested in writing roughly $50 million per year, along with lifetime use of a private jet and lifetime health insurance for his family.

After losing cornerback Richard Sherman to a torn Achilles last week, the Seattle Seahawks could be without safety Kam Chancellor, as well.

Per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, Chancellor is expected to be out for the rest of the 2017 season, according to sources informed of the situation.

Sure-fire Hall of Fame receiver Larry Fitzgerald has racked up another accolade that makes it even more of a no-brainer that he’ll earn a bronze bust. Via the NFL, Fitzgerald’s nine-catch, 91-yard performance against the Texans on Sunday allowed him to pass tight end Tony Gonzalez for fifth place on the all-time receiving yardage list.

Fitzgerald now has 15,157 yards. Gonzalez has 15,127. The former Vikings ball boy and career Cardinals wideout now needs only 51 yards to catch Isaac Bruce at No. 4 and 135 yards to match Randy Moss at No. 3.With 777 more yards, Fitzgerald will catch Terrell Owens for No. 2.

It will take a lot more (specifically, 7,828 yards) to catch Jerry Rice. Fitzgerald has matched Rice in one respect; they are the only players in NFL history to generate 15,000 receiving yards with one team.

Alvin Kamara is the real deal. The rookie running back has seen a well-documented bump in touches since the departure of Adrian Peterson, but his performance Sunday was arguably the best of his career. Filling the envisioned satellite back role perfectly, Kamara became New Orleans' best option in both the running and passing game, rushing five times for 87 yards and a touchdown, and catching six passes for 101 yards and another score. Think about that: 188 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns on just 11 touches. Rarely does a player make such an impact in so few opportunities, and it's even more uncommon to see a rookie doing it.

Peterson today...?
