If anything, I think Raves was his best bet option, not Matts. If anything I'd say "Josh refused to vote for Raves" Josh voted no one when the two heavy votes at the time were Matts vs no one. Josh's vote at end of day is more or less irrelevant since he had a super-majority on him. His vote seems to be a deliberate attempt to link himself to Raves and/or me.
