That sounds like his draft reviews. Mahomes is still clearly rattled from the SB.

We have a RB for an OC who won't call running plays, which is truly bizarre.

“Teams are running Cover 2. Until we can beat Cover 2, both in the run game and the passing game, we’re going to struggle,” said Kelce.

An article from 2017, and its still ringing true today

I agree with Baldy, with backs like Williams and Gore we need to start running at least 30 times a game. Get Pat used to the play action, utilize the full backs and the tight ends in big formations. Play to our greatest strength on offense, the run blocking and make teams have to at least vary their coverages.

Only way it works is if the Defense can keep up. But if they can get healthy and we can bench Sorensen and Neimann and downgrade Hitch, weve got a chance…maybe.

It has been a while coming, but the team played little ball against the Giants and won. Derrick Gore and Darrel Williams seem to be a good enough pair of RB. The play pass is beginning to look like the sort of weapon we need to balance the deep threat. OC Eric Bienemy had a few words.

There are lanes to be found. Our guys, I thought they did a heck of a job last week. How about Darrel doing what he did, not only as a runner, but also as a receiver out of the backfield. Then, young DG (Derrick Gore) steps in and does a heck of a job, scores his first touchdown. Our O-line is doing a heck of a job in the run game, and our guys are doing a great job of finding the seams.

We just need to continue that, and we need to continue building off that. The good thing was that we found a way to overcome adversity last week, which you want to build upon that. So, we want to take the small necessary steps to help us to re-gain our stride—to get us back in our stride again, as Frankie Beverly & Maze would say—so we can achieve the goals that we want to achieve, because there’s still a lot of football left to be played.

I was watching some analysis on the offense and they commented how at the beginning of the Packer game they ran traditional power formation, counters, etc the entire drive and it was Very succesfull, culminating in a touch down.

afterwards they ran RPO a ton, and the running game failed repeatedly. During a RPO, the line cant engage until they know the RB has the ball or its a penalty if Mahomes passes. This one to two second hesitation is causing them to play softer than usual, giving defenses an extra edge against the run.

there are a couple keys a QB sees to go to the run, and It seems like defensive coaches are instructing their backside LBs to bail on purpose to cover the slant and to activate the run. They know we run it soft and its easier to take care of.

“Best-graded: C Creed Humphrey | 90.4

Worst-graded: T Mike Remmers | 64.5

Kansas City's offense is struggling and doesn't look anything like the high-flying, explosive enterprise it has been since Patrick Mahomes entered the lineup. But the problems aren’t with the offensive line, which has actually been better than a season ago despite a complete overhaul. Rookies Creed Humphrey and Trey Smith have been the unit's best-graded players, and no individual player has been getting consistently taken to pieces. Right tackle Lucas Niang is the biggest weakness thus far, and even he has allowed just one sack all season.”

Options with both Remmers and Niang out--Wylie, Prince Tega-Wanogho, Thuney. This article adds Kyle Long which misses the point, as he is still on IR.

Wylie isn't too bad for third on the depth chart. Unlike last season he has a monster playing next to him. Thuney is interesting, because it brings Nick Allegretti in at LG. If this is long term, it would be an option to consider but it not short run you put in Wylie and cope.
