Why don’t we ever try jet sweeps or end arounds?

what are Felton and Schwartz supposed to be here for

it makes no sense to not try those type of plays.

Because we get mad every time they do try those things.

If we make a field goal we win.

If we convert a 3rd and 3 we win.

If DPJ catches that one early we probably win.

Lots of little things. This depleted team played their hearts out. Tough one to swallow.

Woods wants that blitz back, and I feel badly for him. Myles hurt and no Takk, Clowney, or Malik there, but with no timeouts just drop 8 and tackle in bounds and it’s over.

Our OC wants that third and 3 back and wants a boot. If it’s covered, you tell Mullens to go down in bounds.

At least the young guys are learning the consequences of bad habits and mistakes long term.

No doubt. Personally, I think that we saw yesterday how well coached this team is. Replacement JAGs like Stewart stepped up and balled. JAG DT stepped up and we’re stout vs the run. Mullens is an ideal backup. DPJ has some potential going forward but isn’t a 1.

Our TE situation is actually subpar, just like our receivers. I like Bryant as a #2, but he’s not a 1. Njoku is just too inconsistent to have long term for the money he’s going to get. Hooper is garbage.

We also saw just how bad Wills has been this year. But onion is 10x better than him as a LT. Jed needs to step up next year.
