1st choice is getting 4 points now, Please do not repeat choices (duplicate votes will be tossed)

This should help buoy up people's 1st choices a bit more, seeing if this will make people a little more happy with the final pick.

We'll let this run til tomorrow around noon et (unless there is a clear favorite.)

Reasons for positions in the poll

  • Safety - We currently have a gapping hole in the back middle of the defense. I think this is realistic so far not taking one in the first, as we are likely to sign Reid or Williams. But for this one it's worth noting that we just have Epps and Wallace rn
  • CB - Emerson is probably next up at CB, need someone to start opposite Slay. Board isn't super strong here.
  • DL - With reports of us trading Fletch, DT need could be coming sooner than we thought. Already a sneaky need  do they go here?
  • WR - Like Safety they probably address this position in FA, but we don't know. So adding a guy opposite DeVonta is a big need.
  • OG - Do they invest another 2nd for a starting guard? Or do they stick with our depth guys to fill in for Brooks?
  • HB - Sanders has yet to take that next step and is in the 2nd to last year of his deal. Do they upgrade and move Sanders to a team who thinks his shiftiness could help them?
  • QB - Carson Strong is the exact opposite of Jalen Hurts, they wouldn't run nearly the same offense. But the Eagles could just keep swinging at QB and let the best one win.
  • Any others make your case down below.

Note 3rd Place for me: CB Tariq Woolen

Yeah. He should’ve been in the poll, but I already voted among the options that were there and I don’t think a write in vote is ever gonna win one of these.

Seems it'll likely be Cine, but we can let the poll play out for a while.

Yeah, I was gonna say with all first place votes going to Cine I think we can almost call this.

I don’t think we need to rush to get through 3 rounds as quick as possible, especially since tampering/negotiating window starts this afternoon.

I mean it’s cool. Most of us have already voted I’m guessing, so Cine probably would’ve been the pick regardless.

Yeah, but let's give it til after lunch at least, let some more people vote and be apart of it.

I think Cine is a great add if it stays him. Even if they sign a guy, he has a lot of versatility to play with.
You worry a little on the benefits of a historically stacked D, but on the flipside is if you're the weakest link there people are going to go after you.

Looking at a top down view, we did it...we took 4 defenders. The Defense is now infused with a young nucleus that will be led by Hargrave, Slay, and probably a vet Safety.
Do I think Howie does this? Not at all, but it's nice to know if the board doesn't land for a healthy mix of O & D that there are a lot of guys at positions we could address that will be available.

I went Cine, Hall, Parham - outside of Cine not really anyone left that I love so I just went w BPA.

Same, wanted to go wideout but all 3 of them were too good to pass up. Already talked up Cine but the other guys are good players and fits too.

Hall could be a great pick for us. Let him grow into that 3tech role and add some weight. With Travis Jones moving up out of reach, he's probably the most realistic DT they might add unless they go for one of those Georgia guys rd 1.

Parham would come in and really complete that oline at RG. His versatility to be able to spot start out at RT is a nice bonus, especially with them probably moving Dillard.

Seeing Gordon, Leal and Winfrey all go right before our pick was brutal. Was hoping one of them would fall.
