Typical fan hating on ex-player just because he was absolute trash the last two years and probably still is. 2 hours ago, minutemancl said: I've never seen a man that big get moved around so often and so easily. All I hear you saying is that he's got size and he's light on his feet. He was supposed to be a guy who could occupy two linemen and shed some blocks to create some pressure up the middle. Judging by his 6 career sacks...that didnt happen. Neither did the 'space filler NT' thing. Sucks because he was a really likable guy at least when we drafted him. Oh well, chalk it up as one of the 50 Browns FRPs that were not just bad, but complete busts.

There was some crazy stat going around at one point last year where the Giants defense averaged a full 1 YPC more when he was on the field just compared to when he wasn't. Soko
He had a solid anchor while he was here in NE. Seems like he’s been pretty bad, to god awful, everywhere else.

When Mariota was so beaten up that even a tub of goo wrecked him.
lark25
Danny Shelton was drafted by Browns with pick 12 in round 1 in the 2015 NFL Draft out of Washington. He recorded a Relative Athletic Score of 2.22, out of a possible 10.0. RAS is a composite metric on a 0 to 10 scale based on the average of all of the percentile for each of the metrics the player completed either at the Combine or pro day. Short arms too. Up there with taking a homeless guys advice to draft manziel.

lark25
Kind of guy you draft in the 4th round, plays a role being solid not spectacular as a borderline starter or rotational piece that plays 2 downs. I'm not saying poor athletes are poor players, but there's serious limitations that would prevent him ever being better than avg. Drafting a dude like that at pick 12 is insanity.
Superduperman
2020, he was awful with the Lions. Everyone was, to be fair, in Patricia's dead man walking season, but consider how desperate that team was for any kind of talent on D and they let him walk after the season without a second thought.
