Dr.Doom52 Posted September 19, 2022 Share Posted September 19, 2022 I'm just glad we rested everyone this preseason so we could be soooo healthy for this game!!! Now that the preseason...aka week 1...is over hopefully we come out and play the full underdog and ball out. I was super negative after week 1 last season then I remembered it's football season...why live in a negative world during the season I waited 8 months for?? Same this year...and I am going back to being positive...not naive...but positive. So we play in a super winnable division, even if we start out 0-2. This game is about getting some rhythm and establishing an identity going forward. It effects them more than us because Bullock is average at absolute best and I’m being kind there 😂😂. This is a Henry game if I ever saw one. We're fresh off a year where we got embarrassed in week 1 and still wound up the #1 seed in the AFC and should have been in the AFC title game if not for Tannehill making some stupid decisions. Hell even through week 5 we were a shaky team last year. And that's true of much of the NFL every year. It takes a good month/month and a half in to the year before you can start being sure of much of anything. We could come out and put 50 up on Buffalo and we still would know very little about how good this team is. So much ebb and flow early in the year.
