The fact we are not 32nd tells you DVOA has some flaws. 

MLF wasted a year developing his young, defensive talent in a new system with somebody who knows what they are doing. 

I hope his lease is a lot shorter as a result of that piss poor decision.

Defensive DVOA would be a + number when the defense is bad.  Generally speaking, it represents additional production (over average) given to the opposing offense. 

GB's season DVOA on defense of 10.3% says we are giving up ~10% more than the expected average on defense.  The scores from the past two weeks are 54.8% and 51.9%

If I'm the Packer writers/reporters today, I make a pact going into MLF's presser today for the first person to ask "Is Joe Barry still the DC?" Then after Matt says yes, every question for the rest of the press conference by each reporter should be, "why is Joe still the DC?"

How do you earn a -53.5 against a practice squad QB? So we're 32/32 based on the Cardinals being +16% if not for a game against a practice squad QB. 

Serious question @incognito_man is the quality of QB a consideration for DVOA score? Or do we get credit for stopping the Rams offense (with Stafford's DVOA) when we aren't playing the Rams with Stafford?
