Fundamentally... choice skirt steak and aged prime ribeye are both beef. Yet there's a reason one is $2.99/lb and another is $150.00/lb, and if you can't understand that, you really can't be helped in this discussion.

You can make both real tasty.

 

But i ain't going to a Pho place that's gonna charge prime rib steak prices for skirt steak results.

I don't care how well you make skirt steak, it's not going to compare to prime rib.

(And - just because I know I'm gonna lose you if I don't break it down into bite sized morsels - I don't care how well you make a bowl of chicken noodle soup, it's not going to compare to pho).
