He's so bad it's almost hard to believe. such a stupid take. how many times have we seen rookie QBs look awful with terrible coaches and no talent around them and completely turn it around? malik may wash out or he may not but it's amazing that people think the book is written on him based on these games. it's like yall don't remember what playing a rookie QB is like. Brother, it's one thing to look like a rookie QB. Malik doesn't even look like he belongs in the NFL. Dude was averaging 4.7 yards per attempt coming in to today and barring some incredible drive here that number is going down. This isn't rookie woes. This is all-time bad. Consider what happened to Trevor Lawrence. Just decent coaching and average weapons and he turned into a superstar. Not saying I think Willis is on the verge of some huge jump or anything, but coaching is so important.
615finest
Have we attempted any type of deep shot today? Malik has the arm and Burks had the catch radius
seminoles1
Willis has to start looking downfield and just let it rip. We can't drink and dunk right now.

It's not a stupid take when you think of our offensive staff. You think Vrabel is going to craft him to be a find standing NFL starter. Downing sure as hell aint. seminoles1
He's showing some serious grit these last 2 plays, but also a complete lack of awareness, both of the time and the defenders chasing him.

-Hope-
like, ryan tannehill, a good NFL quarterback, can barely put up mediocre numbers in this offense. why are we surprised that malik willis, a guy basically everyone agreed wouldn't even be ready to play year 1 is looking bad? what were you guys expecting exactly?

I said nothing about "it's all on the QB". I said the QB is awful. And he is. That can be true while the rest of the offense sucks too.
