That's why you can't run on 2nd and 16 if you're not just willing to run on 3rd and long. You have to try to get some of that back. Downing sucks ***. Burks was in a dead sprint already going by the DB who hadn't even completely bailed out of his backpedal yet. Makes zero sense to think he had a chance to get back to the ball before the DB.
