I think it's a case of Winston throwing to who he's comfortable with. Mike Evans is clearly the Bucs #1 target by far and he also uses the tight ends. Winston missed Jackson once on a long ball where he over threw him. If Winston threw a better ball on that pass it's a TD for Djax. Also, Eli Apple had a great pass break up when Djax ran a deep cross in the back of the end zone in a redzone situation. If Apple doesn't make that pass deflection, that's a TD for Djax too. They wanted to go younger at the position and actually use his money to build a defense, which they have. Speaking of defense. Chris Baker has done very little in Tampa also.
