Only the Patriots have allowed fewer points since Lamar arrived in Baltimore.

Yes, an effective rushing attack on offense will suppress overall scoring.

Ravens D has been quite good 3 out of the past 4 years, but never elite.

An elite defense also gives you the ability to lean on your running offense more though if you're not ever really playing from behind.

Man, you'll make any excuse to defend Lamar.

Just making an honest assessment of the Ravens D. They've been top-10 in 3 the past 4 years but never elite, dominating unit like the best in the league.

They've had one of the best defenses in the league and a top HC. Yet Lamar has disappointed the past few years. Maybe it's him.

IDK can't be considered one of the best defenses if you blow at 21 point lead in the 4th quarter. Ravens were setting records how many late blown leads they were giving up last year.

The Ravens have been in 1st place the past 2 years when he got injured. So I'm not really sure what you are talking about. The offense falls off a cliff when he's out.

We have discussing his performance, which I think has been good despite lots of injuries on offense. But also he's been injured, that's a different debate.

He hasn’t been that guy in 4 years. Or come close to being that guy.

first three games of this year he had 10 passing TDs and 2 more rushing TDs with a 8.5 yard per attempt passing and 9 yard per attempt rushing

It's not like he's been meh, he's flashed greatness but the Ravens have had insane injury luck including to Lamar the last couple years.

And we all know the most important thing is how you start and not how you finish. Which was 7 TD and 5 INT the final 8+ games.

He did also have 1 rushing TD
