Jeezla
I probably overrated Kamara a bit. He's not EDGE 4. He's like EDGE 6 or 7.

Best Player available IMO. but no freakin DT

If they did this I’d say it’s probably for Taliese Fuaga. 2nd choice would be Jared Verse.
EaglesPeteC
If the Eagles traded 22 and 50 for 12 to get Quinyon Mitchell, your reaction would be……..?

Hate giving up premium picks though. Would bother me at the time and when that section of picks came up. But in time I'd be happy.

Offense? not so much. Edgerrin kinda overrated. He looks really good because we're forced to grade these dudes on a curve. He's got the size and speed, and (on a curve) his instincts are good. He is the best ILB prospect in this class. But his instincts really aren't that good, and like pretty much every LB in this class- Payton Wilson, Colson, Trotter Jr, Ced Gray, and Trevin Wallace included, it's game over the second an OL gets their hands on them. The ones that can stack... can't shed. None of them have great/elite diagnosis skills vs the run or pass. Edgerrin is still a good prospect and the best ILB prospect this year, but he's probably not winning DROY (none of these LB's are). He'll be good in 2 years if he can learn how to shed and diagnose better while taking plenty of lumps as a rookie. DROY is going to be an edge or a DB or one of Newton/Murphy in 2024. Cam we please get a WR visit from a non Pac 12 WR? We are 100% drafting an OL no later than pick 53 to compete with or start over Steen. Won't be surprised if we don't get an official visit from Christian Haynes, but draft him based on his Senior Bowl and combine and his tape. Think we interviewed him at the Senior Bowl. Mahogony is like a less consistent/plays with less balance version of Haynes. Think he goes in the mid 3rd to early 4th. I don't think it's a giant W, but it's a W. 22 + 50. What current NFL player could we get for that? Is there an AJ Brown type trade to be had with that kind of trade comp? Quinyon is a great prospect, but a great prospect is still far from a sure thing. I rarely like the idea of CB in round 1 in general, but Howie is kind of forcing our hand. Trading multiple picks for a CB that's 50/50 bust or hit scares the crap out of me. Would prefer staying at 22 and taking DeJean/Terrion/Wiggins (There's no way all of them are gone at 22), but Quinyon in a vacuum is a great prospect to come out of the draft with if you ignore what you paid to get him. Same would go for a few guys we could get at 12. At 12, I'd probably prefer Turner or Verse or Bowers. Certainly not upset if we take Quinyon instead. Even if he hits though, he's likely more Tariq Woolen than Devon Witherspoon, but I'll take a Tariq Woolen. You might be able to trade for better than Tariq Woolen though if you package up a 1st and 2nd. That's probably not far off the mark for a Surtain. ninjapirate
Quick Mock Traded down once to recoup the third round pick. 22. Cooper Dejean DB Iowa- put him wherever we need him at. 50. Edgerin Cooper LB Texas AM- Obviously we need a good linebacker. 63. Roman Wilson WR Michigan- Have to draft national champs plus I like Roman as the slot receiver. 94. Dominik Puni OG Kansas- Athletic guard to compete at RG. 120. Dylan Laube Rb New Hampshire- Backup RB. 161. Gabe Hall DT Baylor- Athletic DT to add to the mix. 171. Tanner Mclachlan- Depth TE 210. Marist Liufau- We have so little linebacker depth I took a second one.
