Stalking Rodgers

Most likely Rodgers has been deep down the conspiracy rabbit hole for a while, and probably legitimately believed something like "Sandy Hook was faked" because he heard it on some podcast or video.  Then the whole "Alex Jones lawsuit"  thing happened and he realized that this was not an opinion one should express publicly.  So he currently believes Sandy Hook actually happened, but did he always believe it?  Probably not.

This was something that it was easy to discard since the motivation for "Sandy Hook was fake" was spinning it as a false flag operation as pretext for "taking all your guns away".  Rodgers for his many flaws never honestly seemed like a gun nut, and they empirically did not take anybody's guns away as a result.

Agreed.

Plus, Rodgers LOVES talking out both sides of his mouth depending on the audience. He thrives on plausible deniability. This is another shared trait among narcissists: avoid accountability through plausible deniability.

As much as some of the other stuff in this thread is ok, this is a bad take. Why is someone stupid who disagrees. Why should you trust a Gov't as corrupt as yours with putting medicine in your body by force. How does that make you stupid?

You can tell his types have zero interest in being intellectually honest. Hence why they lie & label people with blanket invectives like “anti-vax” when most of those people had plenty of other vaxxes. They just preferred not to be forced to take a *certain* vax.

it’s all meant to protect them from actual debate. Just mudsling & slap labels & strawman. The “anti-science” label is another one.

How the **** is this still not locked lol

Rodgers had his hat thrown into the ring of politics, so now we, the inmates, do in fact run the asylum.

No, see, the folks who parrot those words or who fear monger about things that don't actually happen in order to harm marginalized communities or who just have that one joke they repeat ad nauseum or who yell 'debate me bro' into the void are the true free thinkers.

we can add "intellectually dishonest" to their list of misapplied buzzwords.

it's flattering how, after I've previously used it correctly to call them out, a few characters on here now misuse it consistently because they like the word lol

Are they true labels or false labels? That is the important question. But I agree, those should not substitute for debate either.

RFK spokesperson weighing in on this today really makes you think he's gonna be the pick.

buckle up

OMG, I so want this to happen for two reasons. The shear comedy of it all and the fact he may have to put football on hold.

We traded Rodges for 2 - 2nd round picks. In return, the Jets got 3 plays and a whole lot of bull**** and drama! LMFAO

Joe Douglass is going to have to be in the cabinet someplace in an alternative universe where Kennedy has a snowballs chance in hell.

i'm here for it, too.

I don't immediately see much harm in RFK adding him to the ticket. (and actually, there's a LOT of RFK's message that's worth hearing - his nuttiness is a small but unavoidable part of him. But he's an environmental lawyer by trade and has some definite good ideas that I support getting more airtime).

and the bonus is that it will be absurdly entertaining

No One was forced by the government to take the vaccine

Well aside from soldiers and sailors.... Although they had the same choice as many private citizens in the case of "get vaccinated or explore other career options"
